hey guys my number is [protected] and i am having a list of complaint against airtel ... these guys are automatically starting VAS service in my number some time job alert some time property alert and some time other ... ad when i called these guys then they give one of excuses that it is not possible and its not with me only . i m contact there 20 -25 people who faces the same problem . but no body is ready to listen and if the things didn't get in order then we are planning to raise a complaint in consumer court and all other consumer form . so people become aware about what the the airtel is .
my second complaint is that i buy Nokia n8 and airtel promised to give 6 month free internet and so when i insert my air tel Sim then even after 10 days there is no service activation and when i call there customer care then these guys say that they are not answerable to the ads.. which company made. so who the [censored] hell is responsible and after some day i got message that 6 month free internet is activated in my number. so when i check validity by dialing *123*10# then only i got validity of 20 days so what the is this.. so guy plz advice me is i can file the case of false advertisement , breach of contract , mental harassment ... and if some guy from airtel is reading this then reply me by email .. my email address is [protected]@gmail.com..
