Attention is invited to my previous complaints dated 28.1.2008 and 10.6.2008. So far no action has been taken by Airtel. Request for taking quick action.

Airtel mobiles SIM cards — Non compliance to roaming activation request

All airtel executives are illetrate and bloody . They are not aware how to solve problems of their customers. All the time they make excuses rathar then solving it. Airtel claims that it is having top class network but all is bull . I get my phone disconnected while driving into the city itself.

Dear Sir, Myself Dr. G.R.Hareesh brother requesting you that my brother had unknowingly taken the corporate sims of rs. 240 plan actually he needed 290 plan the marketing who came had just confused and gave the sim (No. 4) of 240 plan and after one month he came and excuses us and gave 4 more sims of 290 plan. now we are trying to cancel the 4 sims of 240 plan and two sims of 290 plan kindly reply at the earliest

Iam airtel customer since from 2years. my mobile number is [protected]. I am really happy to take service from airtel. My one sincere request is kindly, cancel my VAS pack99. With out my request/notice it has been activated from march 2008. Make sure that the amount which is deducted from march to be adjusted in the next bill. One more request is US-CN-ERLL RS 99-kk to be cancelled immediatly, this is also which unrequested activation. Its my sincere request, kindly adjust the amount in the next august bill. Hope you will accept this and do the needful to continue my customer relation.

This is chandra sekhar my mobile no-[protected], on 13 Aug i got a call from ur billing department regarding bill payment, i have spoken with pratap on that day, i said to pratap that i have not receving the bill since two months he asked me to comform my address i have said my correct address to him, insted of 293 J it is 283J, SO I SAID TO pratap that before i usud to get my bills to my address of 293j, but i dont know what had happen now or who changed my adress, so i request to pratap that to send a dup billto my address &he said it is ok, on agin on 16 AUG i got a call from Raj sekhar &he has spoken very wargerly, &irreted me u please before recurting a person ple ensure that to give propre trainning to ur employes once u have received this e mail, u please get back to my mobile number([protected])

Every month I am not getting my bill for making of payment. Every time I have to go to your office for getting the duplicate bill. Only due to getting my duplicate bill which takes some time for making payment. Hence my cheque is not accounted in your office and this has been included as non payment in my next bill. This compliant has been lodged several times but not attended so far. In my bill it is wrongly entered as T.N.E.B.-KKNAGAR. This has to be deleted. Here after kindly arrange to send bill to address given below. I have given below the details of my scheme.

Mrs.Rupa R kamath cell no.[protected].Deactivated for no reason.whenever itried to contact i am getting message saying this no.does not exist.Icontacted customer care center & whenever i contacted them they promised that it will be activated in 1hrs time.Even after 3hrs it was not activated.I had the similar experiance on 18th also.They took more than 24hrs to activate.I would like to the reason for deactivation when we made the payment within the time and also reason for delay in activation.your action in this respect will be highly appreciated.
Mobile no.[protected] of Rupa R Kamath .Lodged complaints on 22/08/08 at 7.33pm, again at 9.13pm, also on 23/08/08 at 9.10am.now it is 10.45am nothing has done to my complaints.Every time when contacted customercare center, they promise it will be rectified within one hour.Even after 12hrs, there is no progress.I am very sorry to say the service is VERY VERY POOR & NOBODY TAKES ANY INTEREST.This is happening for 2nd time in a span of 7to8days.Ihope someone will attend to this on top priority & and will not give scope further reminder.
