[Resolved] Airtel — Cheated on returning the money | |||
By mistake I made the payment of 5185 rs to Airtel on Sep 18. I tried many times to get my money reverted back for a week with no luck. Finally Airtel accepted the refund request.(SR[protected] The SR 46153057 was closed on 26 Sep stating that the money will be refunded back. I followed up with Airtel numerous times. The response which I am getting now is that they have couriered the cheque on 11 Oct, I have still not recieved the courier till now. Airtel is not providing me any courier reference and are just cheating me. This is a big cheating case performed by Airtel, Can you please help me with this?
