[Resolved] Airtel — Very poor support from the network | |||
Dear One, I have been a customer of Airtel Prepaid for more than 4 years and have been registered with the NDNC over a year ago, But still i am getting lot of promotional sms, Calls, I have been complaining to airtel customer care so many times but "NO USE" im facing problem with ISD outgoing calls, Even that too they are unable to resolve my problem, Here the some complaint numbers, 1.C0GCI[protected] "on 25th apr" 2.CBDCC[protected] "on 26th apr" 3.COGCI[protected] "on 27th apr" 4.CDRGP[protected] "on 04 of may again i called customer support and asked for number portability for that they have given some number to contact but i always prefer airtel that is the only reason still i have not change my network. But i don't know why airtel is not at all responding to the customer's complaint. I have made so many calls so many request to AIRTEL but no one is ready to solve this small issue.
