[Resolved] Airtel — Value Added Services(VAS), an easy robbery | |||
Hi, I am happy to say that Airtel provides many Value Added Service to its customers. Everyone in my family (5 users) are having an Airtel account. The problem is Airtel activates some of its services without subscriber knowledge. My mom's account had Cricket and Radio service activated which we come to know recently. The service charges were deducted every month and I have deactivated those services last week by calling customer care. No money was refunded. Today by checking my sister's mobile, I saw the Cricket service(IPL) is activated. When I enquired the customer care, they said that the service has been activated last month and they don't know how it was activated (as they don't have last month log history!!!). These kind of service activation doesn't look like accidental mistakes. For me it looks like deliberate action for daylight robbery. My family is thinking to switch to an reliable, TRUSTFULL network operator. I don't want my money to be refunded.
