Hello Sir,
Despite repeated complaints, speaking to the call center supervisors for activation of BIS 399 for my mobile number [protected](Chennai) since 21st of March 2011 to till date and spending over Rs.100 on those calls , i am still not able to access MOBILE OFFICE SERVIES on my Blackberry.
Everytime I make a call to the helpline, I get an assurance that the service
will be activated within sometime, or a maximum of 24 hours, and advise me follow the below procedure.
Though i try the below procedure repeatedly for every 24hours, neither balance deducted nor the service activated.
SMS <AIRTELBB> 121
SMS <BB4> 121
SMS <BIS 9300> 121
i receive the following sms from Airtel
"Your request for BI has been registered with us. Thank You.
"Dear Customer, We already have a provisioning request under processing. Please wait while we process your request."
Model Number: Blackberry 9300
My Device PIN No: 23AF5639
IMEI No: PRP[protected]
I request you to look into the problem and rectify the same at the earliest .

Airtel GSM Services — Unable to acess Mobile OfFice service
I Am not able to acess the mobile office service in a pertyicular region of my residencesince past 6 months. Costamer Care is not taking any immidete action. simly asking to
wait. I am waiting from past 6 months. plz provide me the solution for my problem
