[Resolved]  Airtel — complaint on bad response

This complaint is being registered after nearly a month:
The "tamil news pack" was activated automatically when i was searching in google on 25th dec2012 morning and i lost Rs.30 from my main balance; At that time i was in roaming. Also,i couldn't call 198 (customer care no.). Then i called chennai customer care no([protected]) from another mobile no([protected]) the next day. They told me that the news pack will be deactivated and the money will be refunded. But i didn't get the money back. So i called 198 on 31st dec 2012 and told the entire story to them; they also promised me to refund the money back; i trusted them and i left this issue and i tried to change from airtel to other network and sent 'portal message' to 1900; they called me and convinced me that they will definitely refund the money within 3 to 4 days; but they didn't;Then i called them again from another mobile no.([protected]) and told the tale again; they gave me their higher official number([protected]) but i couldn't get them on line; Again i called them on 11th jan 2013 and i got the same higher official number and i didn't reply them due to language problem; Then i called 198 'AGAIN' on 18th jan 2013; This time my call was diverted to their manager; Again i told him the entire story and he promised me as usual to refund it within 4 hours; but i didn't get the refund; I called '198' the very next day ;they told me a new story that they refunded my money and process got failed;then i asked them to link me to that manager;they asked me to wait for some moment and immediately ended the call;Within few seconds i called them and scold them with angry after telling the story again;
So it is clear that they are making unwanted delay instead of satisfying the customer; i request (on behalf of many victims of issues like this) you to take necessary action

Airtel Chennai — Subscribing money for unwanted links

hi i ve been using airtel network for 5 years On jan 1st charges ve been deducted for me for certain links like Bestseller 15 rupees,driving fever 15 rupees and for tadka live 10 rupees.on 2nd i deactivated everything but on 5th they took charges for all the above.i gave a complaint the customer care executive said they deactivated but to go to santhome and give a complaint about it.how is it possible for a student to waste their time by moving there to give a complaint?then whats the use of customer care? again on 7th total of rupees thirty have been deducted from my account.i voiced my enquires to customer care Mr.Gokul credited the 30 rupees back to my account.He further gave me General Manager number.i called and spoke with Mr.J.Balachander,he again and again justifying their company mistake and not hearing to my words they're not ready to respond and not ready to credit my 40 rupees in my account because of the company's mistake i lost seventy rupees and got back only thirty rupees.just take necessary steps and raise voice against airtel.i got a referance num on 5-1-2011 that it has been deactivated and the no is CBDCC [protected].
again on 6-1-2011 i got a msg that my reference number is COVWC [protected].i have given my reference number but no steps have been taken kindly take it as a serious issue.
Complaint on Huge Bill Amount of airtel Postpaid Connection,

As I was using the Airtel Postpaid connection since last 3 years, My number was [protected], and all was working well, no due, no complaint, however in dec 2012, they have raised my bill amount to 35000/-, without any intimation to me that your bill has been exceeded at your credit limit, as my phone bill credit limit was 2500/-, as I had activated 2G plan of 4 GB download in 249/- p.m. after that they sent me only one message that i have till now, that your mobile bill amount has been 48000/- and please pay at the earliest, .
so here my concern is if my phone credit limit was set to 2500/- then how did they allowed to increase the amount to 48000/-, and why didn't they informed or message to me that your credit limit has been exceeded,
then why i got the message that your bill has been reached at 48000/- then i called to customer care and asked me why my bill has been increased so much, & why didn't u not inform me, then they didn't reply on it, and next day in the night suddenly they stopped my outgoing call, without any intimation to me, then again i called to customer care, so they was telling that you have to pay your outstanding bill,
I requested and called to customer care so many times to start my outgoing but they didn't start the outgoing, , then after couple of days they disconnect/block the Sim.one more thing which I had checked in my bill details, that if i activated 2G internet Plan then how come they charged the amount at the 3G, which is showing in the BIll.
Hence I request to you to sort this issue.
