The said number was purchased for our company along with other numbers including[protected]my number) for our cur connection. Our company and our sister concerns are having more than 400 Airtel connections and so we wanted to link all the numbers in future. The aforesaid CUG number was not activated by us from the date of purchase till 15/05/08. When we had alloted the number to one of our staff, we came to know that the card was de activated. Immediately we have given the complaint in writing to univercell Alwarpet, Chennai and also we have mailed the same to 121. Also we had informed One Mr Ganesh (Phone Number:[protected]. But all our efforts are in vain. Moreover Univercell, Alwarpet's service is very poor. It is 5 days since we have given the complaint, but not yielded any response. We are having a problem in coverage and we are unable to communicate smoothly
even after paying you regular due.
When we have lodged complain against such a bed services, we are not provided proper response. When we have talked to your customer service executive, he has replied that there is no tower facility available in your area and it will take nearly 3 months to solve our problem.
You are very well aware about the coverage facility at the time of selling your product and still you are not informing your customers about the fault in the service in particular area so that the person who is buying your card can buy another service providers card.
The above numbers and address is just for example, there are lots of people in the area who is using your service and having the same problem. If you do not take proper action in proper time we are forced to change our service provider.
The above numbers are of the employees of GSFC and further in giriraj raw house society many people from GSFC are staying and all are covered under CUG plan.
The sixth number mentioned is of my friend who is staying at top floor of a flat hiving 4 floor and still he is having the same kind of difficulty so you can very well imagine the position of other people in the same area of Chhani Jakatnaka and Sama road.
With hope that the action will be taken as early as possible to resolve our problem otherwise we need to change our service provider.
