[Resolved]  Airtel Customer Care — balance deduction

the senior person in customer care ,the name srinivasa not response correctly ,from my account bal is deducted with consent ,so pls what ever problem pls slove it .
when call custcare agent or senior no correct resopne ,spl srenivsa now we call our [protected]

this is nishath from erode dsitrict.
My number is [protected]. Last month i put the message booster pack. But today on 17.03.2011. Now the air tel service taking charges for 50 paise/sms. I complaint to the customer care. but they are not take response. They are telling for rectify the problem it take 4 days. The world is in our hand. Rectify the problem is very simple to all..
But the customer care members not take the interest the rectify the problem. They are cheating me . So i please rectify the problem and refund the amount of Rs. 6.

I am using Airtel connection for more than 4 years. My number is +91 [protected]. From the last two months I am getting daily some unwanted service messages from Airtel under the name 54321(Bollywood Item Girls Pack). I never subscribed for this stupid pack ever.

But Airtel always charging me for renewing the subscription for above said pack in the name (AD-54321). I was charged almost more than Rs.50 by Airtel. I contacted airtel customer support they assured me that "you are not subscribed to that pack and this will not happen again". Still I am getting those unwanted messages and Airtel still charging me for renewal of subscription. How come airtel can charge me for the pack which I was not subscribed and that was confirmed by Airtel customer care.

I contacted customer care for this for more than 8 times, but they said it will not happen again. But still I am in trouble because of Airtel. Whats there for us for staying some long time with airtel? is this is the airtel wants their customer to suffer. I surfed this site many people lodged their complaint based on the above said pack.
One of my friend changed his network because of this problem in Airtel(charging unnecessarily their customers)

Is this fair to Airtel? by doing this to their customers
I need of permanent solution for this problem, otherwise Airtel will lose their customers gradually, now me if it continues all... Please try to get a solution for this problem, for the sack of your business.
