AWESOME SERVICE BY AIRTEL MY HELLO TUNE AUTOMATICALLY CHANGED BY YOUR SIDE & AMOUNT USE TO DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT & WHENEVER I USED TO CALL TO C. CARE PEOPEL THE IVR SAY "PLZ SMS AIRTEL TO 123". THEN I USED TO CALL FROM MY PAID NO.
THIS I THE 3RD TIME WHEN MY CALLE TUNE CHANGED BY UR HAND. I HAVE WORD'S WITH MANY O[censored]R EXECUTIVE BUT MANY OF THEM ARE VERY RUDE TO ME. ON 18-JAN O9 BY EVENING 6-PM MY HELLO TUNE CHANGED AUTOMATICALLY THEN I HAVE WORD WITH MS NERU( FLOOR SUPERVISOR) SHE SOLVED MY QUERY ND GET ME REFUND OF MY AMOUNT AND SHE GIVE ME THE ASSURANCE THAT THIS THING WILL NOT BE REPEATED IN FUTURE BUT AFTER COUPEL OF HOUR THIS THNG AGAIN HAPPEN BY 11PM THEN I HAVE WORD WITH MR RAVI HE SAID DUE TO TECHNICAL FAULT UR HELLO TUNE HAS BEEN CHANGED. BUT WITH IN COUPEL OF MINUTE HE SAID UR HELLO TUNE WILL CHANGE & THE AMOUNT WILL CR TO MY ACCOUNT BUT NOTHING HAPPEN.
THEN MORNING 9 I CALLED AGAING TO U PEOPEL THEN A GIRL TOOK UP THE PHONE ASK ME TO CALL AFETR 2 HOUR. SHE TOLD ME THAT OUR SYSTEM IS ON UPDATION.
BY 1 PM I HAVE WORD WITH MR AJAY VERMA ( FLOOR MANAGER) HE IS VERY RUDE TO ME, HE TOLD ME THAT U MIGHT RUDE TO OUR EXECUTIVE THAT WHY UR ARE FACING THIS PROBLEM. TILL YET MY PROB IS NOT SLOVED.

I DID A MISTAKE THAT I HAVE PURCHASE A CONNECTION OF AIRTEL .JST BCOZ OF THE SERVICE BUT THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY CALL CENTER PEOPEL IS GOOD FOR NOTHING THEY ASK 30 SEC TIME FOR TRANSFERING THE LINE BUT ACTULA TIME CUM TO ORE THAT 2-3 MIN
ACC TO ME ASHISH THAKUR(CSR) IS DOING THIS THNG
KINDLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM ASAP...

I AM CALLING STD CALL TO KARANATAKA DAILY, BUT THE LINE IS CUT AUTOMETICALLY BETWEEN TALKING TIME. WHAT IS THE REASON & ONE MORE THING I REGISTER YAHOO ZONE BUT I DONT USE THAT BUT THE CHARGES WILL CUT BY YOU. THAT ALSO YOU STOP IMMEDIATELY. I WANT YOUR REPLY WITHIN HALF AN HOUR. Dear Sir,

I am really unhappy with airtel sercive provide to us they simply say that we are telling them to activate the service with out our permission and the charged for that simply my no is [protected]. if this things are not going to stop at once then i will have to lodge a compliant in consumer court for this things
your excecutives are not at all good in conversation and the also don't provide the proper service if this is not going to stop then i will definately lodge the complaint to consumer court.

kindly pay attenstion to this problem as soon as possible.
