Custmer I D [protected] was recharged for Rs 1850 on 07.06.2010 and on the same date request was made to change the plan to new value annual pack when contacted customer care on 13.06.2010,it was informed that due to technical reasons we are unable to change the plan and it will be done within a day or so.On 19.06.2010 there was a message from the company that your request has been resonved. Now on 18.07.2010 services have been suspended for want of balance,whereas more than Rs 1800/- are still with company. When contacted customer care on today.they have informed that the request for change of plan made on 07.06.2010 has been completed on 14.06.2010 due to technical reasons and i have to pay for services used between 07.06.2010 to 14.07.2010 @ Rs 5/- per day.The delay in change of plan was at the part of company, i was not at fault. Even than, if the company wants that i should pay ,there was a credit balance with the company as balance as on 09.06.2010 was Rs 2035/- (1850+185 ).I am surprised that how such a big company is dealing with its customers. If my account is not updated within a day or so.then i will be left with no option but to approach Hon"ble CONSUMER COURT to get Justice. Was this information helpful? |
