Airtel Data Card Fraud unveiled

Issue : Repeated disconnection while startup, very very Frequent disconnection every 15 minutes, signal fluctuation in whole of north chennai but not in south chennai (proves that there is no issue with the data card or the SIM card)

Troubleshooting : Done with all the possible troubleshooting like CHANGING PROFILES, DE-REGISTERING AND RE-REGISTERING NETWORKS, RE-INSTALLING DATA CARD, PLUG-OUT AND PLUG-IN TO ANOTHER PORT / COMPUTER / LAPTOP. Nothing works. (Only works while in South Chennai)

Conclusion : Looks like Airtel has decided that people in North Chennai are poor and they would not complain even if the service is poor as they are poor and illiterate. Also that South Chennai is much better and to put their efforts there instead.

Fradulent operations by Airtel : They have provided a so-called toll-free number[protected] mentioning support for all their data card related issues. But if you call the toll free number they only provide tech support and that too with who do not know anything about computers or networking. And everybody who are professionally trained to give false promises and information as possible. Atleast 30 call-backs were promised but none of them were made.

Secondly this so-called toll free number does not provide any billing information, NOT EVEN THE BASIC information like the bill amount that we are supposed to pay. Even though they have that information right in front of that screen.

And they want us to call a completely another dept which has a charge-able number only then they would be able to provide us the billing details. On top of that this chargeable number never works.

On top of all this COMPLAINTS AND CASES ARE CLOSED WITHOUT WORKING ON THE ISSUE OR THE CUSTOMERS CONSENT. BY STATING IN THE COMPLAINT LOGS THAT THEY HAVE TRIED TO REACH THE CUSTOMER BUT NOT REACHABLE. I have several times in fact with different data card numbers have checked with this particular scene they have in-fact closed several cases without working or customers consent. Such a bold act is only possible by Airtel.

All of the above proves that these people are highly trained to scam / cheat people just to suck-out money from customers.

I WANT TO ADD THIS AS A CHERRY ON TOP OF A CAKE :

THE DATA CARD PROVIDES A SPEED OF 5 TO 7 kbps against 128 kbps speed which I'm supposed to get (it takes 6 or 7 minutes to open Google page with that speed) WHICH NOBODY IN THIS WORLD CAN GIVE NOT EVEN THE OLD BSNL DIAL-UP SERVICE. BUT AIRTEL IS PROVIDING SUCH A WONDERFUL SERVICE IN THE NAME OF 7.2 MBPS... KUDOS

I bet Airtel would take atleast 20 more years to reach 7.2 MBPS service. Its a challenge to every one of you working in Airtel, to show us atleast 1.2 MBPS in this city.

WHEN I ENQUIRE OR COMPLAIN IT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEIR RESPONSE IS : "After ur 6GB usage that is the maximum speed (5 to 7 kbps) that you can get or expect and nothing more that that"

Fantabulous Service Demonstrated by Airtel. Let me pass on the word everywhere possible. Actually I'm planning to start a blog because of the over-whelming response on online forums for Airtel complaints.

Dear Sir, This is again regarding my previous complaint in this forum regarding " fraud services by Airtel' concerning to mobile number [protected]. Based on my previous complaint Airtel executives spoke to me and requested to put fresh request for MNP to resolve the issue. I co operated with them and generated fresh MNP request. After generating fresh MNP code i am repeatedly getting messages against my complaint in consumer forum as well as on mobile that my complaint has been resolved. Wheras i am still using Airtel network that i dont want to use Please do the needfull, because with this you can understand what type of services Airtel is providing to the customer.

Dear Sir, This is regarding my previous complaint for mobile no. [protected]. I am still waiting for the response from Airtel mobile service provider. The executives of Airtel are trying to escape from this issue. The customer care executive (Mr.Manoj Kumar Srivastava, Airtel Presence (Airtel Customer Service Team,
Bharti Airtel Ltd.,[protected]@airtel.in) pledged me to resolve me the complaint and asked me to generate new unique Port code and send the request again. He called me from the Mobile number [protected]. After generating new code i am trying to get in contact with him, but he is continuously trying to escape from my issue. And i am getting messages by email and mobile that my issue is resolved. Whereas my problem is still existing. They have once again done fraud to me by asking me to generate new port code to resolve my issue i.e to release me form Airtel network. I am still using Airtel network. The expiry of my porting code is 07 May 11. The days are passing, but Airtel is not taking any action. The same thing has happened in past. After 07 May, once agin their executives will say that you porting code has expired. So how many times i should buy new sim of other service providers to get releaved fro Airtel????????????????
