Airtel Data Card — Worst speed for High cost

Recently I bought datacard (Rs.1000 as deposit). BSNL GPRS pack (1 month - Rs.230) speed is better than Airtel Datacard (1 month - Rs.999). The dealer said, "you may not be near to the tower. Try to surf near airtel tower". Good Idea! After 12 days without my knowledge they simply disconnected the service due to address verification report. They never enquired my local address. I called the dealer and asked higher authority number to complain, but he didnt give and he told me to contact customer care. The customer care representative simply said, “We cannot do anything, go to the nearest Airtel show room and complain there”. All are irresponsible. My advice is dont go for Airtel Datacard. Speed is very low also they are irresponsible. Now I m fighting with them for the deposit amount. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

airtel datacard survise is very bad survice . it give only speed of 4kbps.

Dear sir,

i am the existing customer of airtel's datacard internet service.
but from the date of activation i am experincing the worst speed and the frequntly disconnection of the service when i am online. several time i complained but no one listen to me properly.
i want my money back and get rid of this provider,
