[Resolved]  Airtel Data Card — Sent a court letter for unpaid the Unused Charges

Address:South 24 Parganas, West Bengal

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm Somnath Hazari from Kolkata, used airtel data card from March, 2009, then speed was too slow, but it was fine. But the problem started from Oct.2009 by sending me unlimited number of sms regarding the downloading java game & wallpaper. A bill was sent Rs.3226 whereas I was using the 999 plan. I rang to customer care department several time and lodge complaints, but all was unused. I've never seen this kind of horrible and too bad customer care department.

They forced me to pay that amount at that time, and I was scared, so I unfortunately I paid that amount. Therefore, in the next month sent me the bill with around same amount. Then I didn't pay and stopped use the services.

But after one and four months later means in March,2011 I got a letter from a Lawyer and asked me to pay Rs.8576 within 23rd April, 2011. I don't know what to do. Please help me anyone.

I want to lodge a complaint against Bharthi Airtel Services, and want to go to the Human Rights Department for the same.

I need your kind help.

Thank you.

Regards,
Somnath Hazari

Dear Mr.Rakesh Ranga,

Let me thank you that after-all you have respond regarding my problem. Because when I was using and facing the problem no one replied me, even everytime tried to mislead me. Just verify the details I'm telling you.

1) Ask your Customer Care Executive "Debolina (The Outlet Manager of ShaymBazar, Kolkata)".

2) Ask for the same to your another Custome Care Executive "Avijit (The Senior Executive of Park Street, Kolkata)".

Even I forced to pay Rs.3300 for a month, but in the next month I didn't pay when I received the approximately the same amount mentioned bill. At that time I broke the SIM card in front of your executive and left your outlet immediately.

Now, my family lawyer has advised me to lodge a complaint against Bharthi Airtel to refund the money that I paid extra. Almost extra Rs.2000.

If you do not take any step about this matter then I shall be bound to file a complaint, and also as I'm an online marketer for 7 years, you know that what I can do through online.

Eagerly waiting for your ringing or reply.

Thank you.
