[Resolved]  Airtel — data,call &sms balance not get even rental is on

Now same complaint this month, i had faced this problem last month.my rental plan is going on but data,call &sms balance not get. What is the main problem of Airtel,that time they said me that that was a technical problem but now??? I think that is Airtel policy(bad policy).four days i complaint on Airtel presence but result...khaak...
