Airtel — deducting balance | |||
sir this is my mob no-[protected]..i am using a airtel prepaid service on my blackberry bold handset..my balance is getting reduced several times a day like 10ps and 20ps..when i contacted cc they told tat i am using web services..but the fact is that i dont have even the settings for it..i am only using wifi..there is no access point enabled in my handset....so i request you to kindly take note of this and solve my problem.. dude i to have a same problem that airtel is deducting my balance while I'm browsing with my private wifi as 10ps per 10kb

I've been using Airtel for past 4-5yrs in number [protected]. I've been deducted balance manytimes by airtel telling i ve activated some services. Today morning, they deducted Rs.30/- tellin i hav actived MEET N GREET abt which i hav no idea. If this continues, i ve no other option but to switch network. Pls do d needy work n return my balance
