[Resolved]  Airtel — Deduction of balance amount

Address:Nashik, Maharashtra

My mobile number is [protected]. Till yesterday my mobile balance was Rs. 73/-. Now it is showing zero balance. This amount is debited due to unknown reason. Request you to credit the same.
Earlier I had same issue which gets resolved. Due to this resolution transaction from Aitel customer support my phone call amount is charged as this is being STD call. Request Airtel to Credit the debited amount.

I used airtel from 2007 and now I am noticed that even though mobile in switch off condition balance reduced drastically.Please deactivate all the schemes.

Dear Sir,
I have Airtel SIM, having no. [protected]. Dear sir Airtel Company deducts my amount Rs. 22/- for internet without my any request for internet from my balance amount in SIM. Many times I tolled to customer care about this complain and Every times they reply that they will give my amount in 1 to 4 hrs. But till date I don't return my amount of Rs. 22/- I have many complain request reference no. (Having detail as below) received from customer care related with this particular complain.

I'm Tejeshwar and I'm using Airtel Chennai prepaid SIM ([protected]). Recently, in mid-August, I'm receiving push messages containing Video Vogue everyday and whenever I receive them, Rs.10 is deducted from my balance. I haven't subscribed for Video Vogue services nor have I activated Airtel Live.

This is second time I'm facing this particular issue. They are unnecessarily deducting from my balance. Therefore, I request you to take appropriate action against them and refund my deducted amount.
