Airtel — Deduction of balance and poor customer care services | |||
Sir My balance had been deducted after two consecutive top ups. I had never opted for any scheme and airtel is charging for it. I had tried contacting the customer care but they had not given any satisfactory response to me. Either there number remains busy or if the executive picks up the call then they keep the call on hold and it gets disconnected after sometime. Such bad behaviour with the customers can not be entertained. I want my deducted balance back and i also want the service ( which i had not asked for and i dont know about) to get deactivated so that i dont need to call this poor customer care service.
