Airtel — unauthorized deduction of balance | |||
respected sir, i Yudhister Meena S/O Shri Sita Ram Meena R/O D 231, 232 Gandhi Vihar, Mukherji Nagar, New Delhi, is a customer of air tel mobile service provider.there are two accounts with my air tel SIM, one is dedicated account and one is normal account. On 11/01/2011, I had approx. 3 Rs. in my normal account and approx. 35 Rs.in dedicated account. From customer care Center, I had information that my money in normal account will not be deducted till I have money in dedicated account, but on on 11/01/2011, i was not allowed to make calls by the mobile service provider saying that you have zero balance in your normal account, due to it i could not make my some of important calls at that point of time. Then in the evening i got it recharged by talk up of 60 Rs. and got balance of approx. 54 Rs. When i wake up in the morning came to know that i have a balance of only of 46 Rs. approx., in my normal account. Then I called the customer service center of Air Tel, there I came to know that they have deducted approx 10 Rs. from my account for using hello tunes and job alert services. But i never said them to give me such services nor I authorized them in any other manner for the same. On asking for the restoration of the amount they said that it is not possible. so sir i want restoration of that amount and a compensation to the tune of Rs. 10000 for mental agony and inconvenience faced by me, a direction to the Air Tel service provider to not to make such deductions again in future from my or from any other customers account. kindly take steps in this regard. thank you. yours Sincerely, Yudhister Meena thank you.
