Airtel — company disconnected my phone even after payment in excess and harrassing for payment
my telephone have been disconnected since january 2011 though i have made the payment to the company .the copy of my bank statement have been emailed to the company statinr the cheques have been debited to my account and credited to airtel .my bill ia amounting to rs 2450 and i had mede the payment of rs 3575 amt inexcess of my bills though.i wanna sue the company for disconnecting my line and haraassing me for payments
I have not received any response from your side. I dont know which 'resolvement' you mentioned here, i believe your not writing in Air only ?
In fact today i received another haras mail from airtel:

Meantime, i have got a random call few days back from your retention manager, we talked thrice in a single day. On a very first call he was so humble, on second call rude; and on third call he started boombardment.
Even in a very first call he was convinced with the facts. We agreed upon some agreement. Then he said I will come to your office in a day or two to collect the amount and close this issue.
But nobody till now neither contacted me nor come to meet me to collect the amount which we agreed to sattle.
On the other hand I have received a legal notice.
This is realy too much.
You please read the whole story or chain of this issue.
You must get to know what you people are doing, what you are saying and what you doing.
and the amount Iwas agred upon to pay you, because YOU PEOPLE ARE HARRASING ME and m Feeling fed up with you guys. I am not paying because of your 'POOR & BAD' services.

Airtel Internet Conx — Paid for Internet Conx but never connected
Dear Sir,I would like to express the kind of bad experience which I am facing until today about the Airtel Internet connection. I met an Airtel agent name Manoj from Airtel office, Bhikaji Cama Place . It was on the 01-feb-10, The next day he came and took all my details and money for the new installation and told me that I would be getting connection within 4days which never happen. Everyday I called him but he is an expert in making different stories everyday. Is this how Airtel is flourishing their business. I am a fool with such a crap company where I need to learn my lesson and disclose to all my friends before they fall into the prey. Airtel has lost a valued customer, which is going to be a big impact for them to close down. I wonder how Airtel works when it takes 5days to a max to get an MTNL connection. Until today I am without a connection nor my money has been refunded.
