[Resolved]  Airtel Digital T V (DTH) — irresponsible behaviour of customer care executive and servicemen

i have purchaced AIRTEL DTH just because i have a good image of it in my mind as i m using its products ( brodband, postpaid connection ) since 5 years . but AIRTEL DTH service is complimentry to what image i have . i m unable to see any thing in my TV just because of AIRTEL DTH . i have registered complaint many times in last one week regarding this problem to airtel customer care but i have not get any constructive solution of this problem . daily i got a message from customer care executive that " a engineer will come today dont worry " but nothing has happened yet . also reaching customer care executive is also very big deal, after so many time i[censored] are lucky then u will get customer care executive . many times he will cut the phone then u have to start same sequence again . daily u will get a complaint number after so many hurdles i also like to write names of some customer care executive whom i had conversation regarding complaint . Smt Jyoti Singh, Mr Kunal, Mr Sarkar. all these guys havent replied properly . even they have not raised my issue .just giving me the same answer that " an engineer will come tomorrow 12 hrs " but nothing has happened, also service mans of AIRTEL DTH are not technically equipped they just know how to reset a STB otherwise change it nothing else not maintaining any professionalism, behaving very casually they have told me that after half an hrs your TV will start and if you have any problem then just call me at[protected]. i have tried this number many times but no body has replied he just cut my call . now i m completly fed up of doing all this jugglery. i also have other works i m unable to continue this any more thats why i m writing thi complaint against AIRTEL DTH.. kindly take some legal action as early as possible .

Airtel — Irresponsible behaviour from the Executives

Dear Sir,

My mothers Pre-paid number is [protected].

The Customer care executive calls up and tells her that she can convert her pre-paid number to post paid. After taking away the required amount, the executie delivers a sim and without any verification calls her back to tell her that she has to change her number which she refused and asked them to refund.

She also gave him an option of giving her the same amount balance in her prepaid account.

After the verification, even after refusal, the executive tells that the new number will be activated in some time.

After telling him for the nth time, he tells that if you do not wish, go and return the same to the customer care gallery and collect your money.

He was been abusive and disconnected the call and never picked up his call again. I'm reporting the same to the media also.

The Cell number of the executive is [protected] and he gave a reciept of some FRONTLINE Sales LTD., Nityanand Nagar no 4. Andheri East.

May I request the authorities to look into the same. My mother is old and cannot travel as the nearest customer care centre is 1 hr away from my place. She would have to travel in locals ect. to reach there.

if the activeate on 04.07.09, suddenly they cut all services in my booth no reason was nonserviceble area on 24.07.09, am go to ask tele com service, they not responce, i ask you know after see my proofs, but they activate in this time not reponce, am ask to change my booth no's convert to prepaid but they not converted my no's

am use this no past five years, and also am already clear bills

if they no's lost my self am losse many contacts, and another think is am working in mnc concern if no i losse my overseas office not accept to con call,

so kindly contact and send to mail your servicers change as my no's prepaid

airtel has the worst service,the worst customer care service & the worst plans in all the existing DTH services.I m fread up by complaining to the customer care from the past 18 days ,but the customer care is just''GUD FOR NOTHING''........being an airtel digital tv user i would like to advice all o[censored] to "PLEASE STOP USING AIRTEL DIGITAL TV''
i agree. even their offers are fake like tripadvisor review cashback offer. liars and cheaters they are.
