[Resolved]  Airtel Digital TV — after recharge service not resumed

my customer ID is [protected]. i deposited a sum of rs 500 on 07.06.2012 at about 1100 hrs and instead of many complaints to cus care service did not resume. the man sitting at the customer care is such a careless fellow that he even insulted me as if i am demanding from him alms. the statement showing daily burn rate at 16+ fupees where as there is no channel i can view
