Airtel error 6 problem from one week after recharge

Dear Sir/Madam

Form almost one week i am struggling for Airtel dth service i had recharged
also but still in the screen appearing same thing Error code 6 Sir kindly
resolve our problem the set up box is on
at 101 star-Plus
