[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Repeated Display of Negative balance despite of having charged my account with Rs 500/- | |||
Sir/Madam 1) I bought an Airtel Digital TV connection in the month of May 10 with one month of free subscription. My Customer ID is [protected]. 2) While I was in the midst of free subscription month I upgraded my plan to Mega pack and I also decided to subscribe for some paid channels. During all this while my account went into negative balance for a day or two. The very next day I recharged my account with Rs 500/- and as of today on 26 Jun 2010 my account balance is Rs 217.82. 3) With so much money in the account as balance money everyday a massage stating that "my account balance is negative please recharge and if already recharged please ignore" is being displayed on TV screen. This kind of message being displayed everyday reflects very poorly on the companies image, it becomes a cause of embarrassment if viewing TV with the guests and also is a major irritant. 4) Please look into the matter at the earliest. Hello my sim got stolen and I did the welcome back thing plus the prepaid thing and I loaded credit and it was working but my balance wasn’t showing but now my balance is showing-557 and I can’t call again it just beeps then doesn’t call the person please resolve this issue
