Airtel Digital TV — service not provided

my airtel digital TV is not working since 26th of April 2009.
In this regard i had complained around 20 times but no solution has been
provided till yet. Moreover on 26th the customer care refused to take
complain and didn't provide me any complain no. Till today no solution has been
provided.
moreover initially they said that as per our records, your Digital TV connection is active and services are working properly.
but the problem was not solved so i complained again but no solution has been provided till yet.
on top that there is no feed back from their side. customer care refuses to transfer call to their senior authority.

Sir,
I have recharged of Rs.100.00 on 02.05.09 towards the of rent "Hindi Plus, Kids Plus and Colors. Hindi Plus and kids plus has been activated very soon after the recharging, but colours not activated. I am told by customer executive to SMS for the same but I tried several times for but not suceeded. Kindly Add colors in my package and activated urgently.

I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAIN REGARDING AIRTEL DIGITAL TV SET TOP BOX ON 8TH JAN 2011 COMPAIL NO-5335916, AFTER COMPLETING OF 1 MONTH FROM THE DATE OF COMPLAIN I AM NOT RECIEVED ANY SERVICE FROM AIRTEL DIGITAL TV & MY PROBLEM PERSIST. AT LAST I HAVE SOVED THE PROBLEM AT MY OWN COST. WHEN I CONTACT THEM TO REFUND MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE, THEY REFUND ONLY Rs.62 INSTEAD OF Rs.234 & SAID THAT YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR 30 DAY SUBSCRIPTION.
HOPE I WILL GET JUSTICE FROM YOU END.
