From the first day I am facing the same problem that the remote doesnt work with the digital tv box. It takes an enormous effort from my side to change the channels or browse the menu from the remote. Either the diggital box never respond or the response of the digital set top box is so slow that it takes ur head out of control. This is the second time I have raised the request and to my surprise no one is willing to help me this time.
I raised a complaint on 11th Oct 2009 and get an appoinment of 14th Oct 2009 9 AM. I was told that a technician will come and check the possible cause of the issue. Till date no one has visited me or contacted me to understand the problem. Is there any support exist???
I have called the customer care 6-7 times so far. First of all no one picks up the call and if any one picks up they start saying sorry n blah blah that your request is in progress. There is a problem and it will be solved.
What should I do with a box which doesnt want to change channels. From last few weeks the box restarts whenever I press the iTV key on the remote..
This is my genuine request to take up the matter seriously. I am fed up of calling the customer care again and again.
