I am a resident of Pimple Saudagar, Pune and have a connection of Airtel Digital tv.
Last week on 10-Nov-2009 due to bad weather the signal to my TV was Lost. I have made complaint for that in the customer care for the same, every time I make a complaint they promice to resolve the issue with in 24 hours and then next day i recieve a message that my problem has been resolved but nothing happens. I have spoken to the supervisor twice (One was a person name Neeraj ... ), but all in vain.
I am frustrated by calling again and again. Please suggest me what leagal action I can take against them.
