Airtel Digital TV — setup box defective | |
At dated 15/01/2010 I had got installed airtel digital tv by sai communication 884, T.P.Nagar Meerut u.p. after one hour the setupbox got hanged. There is a problem of hanging setup from time to time. I got realised that the Box is already used somewhere.Airtel installation peoples are supplying old/used setup boxes. Anil K. I am customer of your dth myid-[protected] I have already complainst before 15 days that some one is ordering you on behalf of me for activate topup by sms. I have already complained about you and you deactivated. Today I have received another sms your end for activating english plus. Sir, I have never called for any top up and not sending any messages from my registered mobile.Sir, I think that it's new way to torchure customer not for money but by mentally.please do needful at your end. your system exe rudly toled it's not our folt.If any sms received from any user for your id we will activate all the top ups.
Please find the permenant solution for my mental peace.
