[Resolved]  Airtel Digital TV — exchange my adoptor

my digital tv adaptor not woking properly i was complaining last 15 days for exchange my adaptor, but ther is no response against my compalint and i was visiting in her office atlest 3 times but they avoiding daily .
dealer employes talking rudly and mis behaviour on phone . when i was asking from him owers contect no. they told me that i dont hav ower no. and told me that dont call me again agian.
