On 10th Jan, 2010 I had called to recharge my existing NORTH MEGA pack. The person on the other side of the phone suggested yearly renewal of Rs 3035/- as it has a savings of Rs 550/-. On my asking whether the list of channels change, he assured it would not. I followed his instructions and yesterday evening recharged my account as current account expires on 24th Jan 2010.
Since the next day after renewal I am not getting ZEE Cafe. I have already made numerous calls to their customer care and escalated to Nodal office. This is the final response:

I feel cheated and mislead. My payment was subject to the fact that nothing changes with my current list of channels but clearly I was duped.
