[Resolved]  Airtel Digital TV — MAJOR FLAW AIRTEL DIGI TV!!

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV HAS MAJOR FLAW!! BEWARE OF IT !!

WHEN RENEWING MEGA PACK , MY EXISTING MEGA SPORTS TOPUP WHICH STILL HAD VALIDITY UNTIL FEBRUARY 2011 GOT DELETED TODAY MORNING !!

WHEN PPL GO TO RENEW THEIR SUBSCRIPTION, THE TOP UP CHANNELS AUTOMATICALLY GET DELETED AND CUST SUPPORT HAS NO CLUE !!!

SO I CANT WATCH NEO, ZEE, TEN SPORTS CHANNELS ETC EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR IT UNTIL NEXT 3 MONTHS.

AIRTEL CANT FIX IT BACK TO NORMAL UNTIL NOW AND THEREFORE KEPT ME WAITING.
