Airtel Digital TV — Shifting

I have requested via customer care[protected] and [protected],[protected] and [protected] for Re-Installation of my airtel-DTH at least more than TEN(10) times in past 10 days. But no one has given any attention.

Meanwhile I am paying airtel DTH on daily basis to view the DTH-service, which I am in no case getting due to apathy/callousness of airtel digitalTV service department.

Now please advise me how to get my money back along with compensation if airtel digitaltv is not able to provide me service.
Today i.e 28th June 2011 is the last deadline for airtel to start my service, else they may withdraw the connection permanently and compensate me suitably.

My right to claim compensation and/or damages by way of legal wrong remains intact.
