My set-top box is not functioning properly I am getting error code B0001 along with the message "Your set-top box is unable to receive signal". I had made the complaint on 25th Aug and I had been told that tomorrow on 26th Aug till 1:30 P.M. our Engineer will come to your home and resolve the issue, but till date no one came and again contact to Customer care on 5th Sept. The Executive told me that our Engineer will come and resolve the issue within 4hours, but nothing happened as per commitment. I think Airtel doesn't provide the Customer Care service to customer for their products. Was this information helpful? |
