[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — set top box problem,fake charges | |||
Hello I am a user of airtel digital tv fro dec 2009.customer id is [protected]. Every time message shows instlation error.before one month engineer have come to resolve the problem and charged 100 rs. now the problem started again, i have call the engineer,he visited us and told us that your set top box is not working, it requires to change and ask for 1000 rupees also charge 100 rupees for visit. i just want to know that why airtel making fool to consumers? it is a problrm of airtel product, and airtel have to change that. Airtel/Digitel TV — set top box problem
set top box is not receving signals ..the box is blinking from 26/05/11..my complaint towards the problem(request no8397618) not yet resolved ..very bad response from the company side.
