[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Bad service & customer service response | |||
Hello All, I am Avanish & took 999/- plan of digital TV. It was on postpaid mobile scheme that in 999 will get 1 month subscription free& free instalation. I made all the payments on 24 sugust 2010 but got a responce from customer services, sir will take time. Finally got installed on 5th November & still waitng for channel activation. I suggest you guys please dont go for online/onmobile booking. I you really want Airtel only ,go to any centre & catch the person. Rest your luck. BR Avanish Was this information helpful? | |||
