[Resolved]  Airtel Digital TV — INSTALLATION NOT YET DONE

I am Victor Sebasti . I have applied for new connection with AIRTEL DTH by onlilne booking. My customer ID is - [protected] and my booking id is 169088. I have applied for this service in January 18th 2013 Friday. They have told that the connection will be installed with in 48 hrs. My connection not yet installed since 7 days passed.I have paid for new connection of Rs 2890 through credit card ref no. is 22699526, I have received a confirmatory message from them for connection booked. I have called several time to the customer care, they are replying only same reason like 1. Our Engineer will call you, 2. we will arrange for a call back, and then 3. today evening it will be installed definitely, everyday their replies are being like this only, and finally they gave an information about an agency to call them about installation that is FOOT PRINT AGENCY, CONTACT NAME IS MATHU SARATHY, CONTACT NUMBER IS [protected], [protected], The details given by them totally fake, I am not getting any support nor any feedback for my complaint

AirTel — Digital TV installation

I have booked digital tv on 3rd Jun, 2010(customer ID [protected]). I have received installation confirmation for 5th Jun through SMS. When nobody turned up, I have given complaint vide Complaint no 2970076 dated 5/6/10. Every time we call help line, they promised that installation will be done in next 4 hours, wait for the day. There after writing to nodal officer, I received e-mail confirming installation on 11th Jun,10. But now they differed it to another week. Regret to inform that installation is still pending, there is no commitment to the promise.

After making payments in advance, following up so much loosing time, money, energy , there is only endless wait. Please do needful to get urgent installation.

i have booked airtel digital tv on 5th nov by online they told that they will install on 6th but till now it is not installed..

Airtel DTH — Airtel digital not yet installed

I had bought a Airtel DTH on 01/11/10 and it has not yet been installed. I tried to call the customer care for help and till date they are not in a position to fix my problem. The dealer from whom I purchased the connection is not ready to help and has threatened not to come againto his shop. I have now taken connction from other service provider and I want my money back cam anyone tell me the procedure to get a refund
Airtel dth is really a poor service provider as i experienced.

Airtel DTH — Installation not yet done

My Customer ID is [protected], booked an airtel digital TV on 7th Oct-11by paying an amount of
Rs.1690 and later received a message on the same day mentioning the installation will be done on 8th Oct-11, around 3 PM IST.

But there were no communication from their side and later I made several calls to the customer care; but the response was very poor and no body don't have enough idea of when the connection will be provided
and they were telling the same answer like - "will communicate to the backend team".

NOT YET THE INSTALLATION DONE.

Iam not sure why the Airtel has kept it's customer service.
The connection has been installed successfully on 26.01.2013;
Service is good
It has Good picture quality and excellent sound quality
They said reason for installation get delayed is address finding..
