Hi,
I asked for Airtel DigitalTV connection couple of months back. Airtel DigitalTV team put me on an IVR and asked to pay the full amount to take the DigitalTV request. I found the system secure enough, so i paid through their online IVR system using my credit card. My customer id is: [protected]
After few days, airtel engineer came home to install the dish. However, he dint find the Line Of Sight for installation. He prepared the report and asked me to contact Airtel DigitalTV support team.
I launch a support case, case no: [protected], with airtel and submitted all the necessary documents including NO LINE OF SIGHT report. They assured me to refund my money. However, its more than two months, i have not recieved any money. I tried reaching to them many times, but now no one answeres my case, nor repling to my mails. Was this information helpful? |

I want to return my AIRTEL DIGITEL TV setup. They are not ready to give my refund amount.Please advise
