AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Not Connected with TV
Dear Sir,I am Chhaya Patel.
My Register ID [protected].
I am so much worry about your Service, B'coz from ladt 5 days i called many times on 12150, [protected], but every personal speak faluse to me... not getting right answer.
I m so much disatisfied wtih your service....
The real problem is The communication Between TV & Digital TV is not done, means on tV screen is Blank no any message or picture.
My complain No is-5026845.
I want to solve this problem as soon as possible.
I want to reback the money in add to next days means the money will run for 26th Jan 2011 but i request that pls add the money to next 5 or more days ( Boz still the problem is not sloved)
Give me reply with Positive Action....

I am anish I booked for an airtel DTH on 13-Jan-2011, and also I gave the full amount at the booking time. After 9 days they installed the Airtel DTH. But now they are not enabling the customer id. So we are not able to watch any programs. We contacted the area executives and they are also not responding now.
So kindly please take all your belongings (dish and setup box) from our home and return the 1750 amount ASAP. We are not interested to continue with your further service. Frankly this one is the utter waste service that I have ever seen. I am from Chennai, shollinganallur area.
I took the connection from the following agent
Jayam Enterprises
P.No. 16, D.No.5, Valechery Main Road, Rajakilpakkam, Chennai – 600 073.
So please do the necessary arrangements to clear our belongings from our home and return the amount.

Airtel DTH — Technical Fees
Respected Sir MadamI have Airtel Dth and the customer Id [protected]. Due to some technical problem my dth is not working and when i filed the complaint at customer care and they are demanding Rs100/- for technical support.i just want to know why i will pay to them ??
Airtel in all respect just want to earn money. this my request to the concerned authority to check the whole matter..

Sir My Self Maulik Shah, I am Grand Son of Mr. Ramniklal G. Shah. My Customer Id is [protected].
We are sifted before 9 Days from Ahmedabad to Surat. We Disconnect our Airtel Digital Connection from Ahmedabad. We apply for Re-Connection in Surat on 4th June '2013 with complain No. 30922945 but No solution from the Company upto 8th June '2013. After I again Complain for same Problem and also mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@in.airtel.com, compliance.[protected]@bharti.in, [protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@bharti.in, [protected]@bharti.in (AT top Level). My connection was Re-Installed on 10th June '2013.
After Reinstallation of Connection it was shown my Balances go to negative with Error code No. 6 and at that time it is susspended but there are shown my balance is Rs.42.67/-. After this problem i post another complaint for that and up to till time my complaint is not solved. Higher management also not reply for my complaint and also customer care center aslo no proper reply and phone disconnect. My balances are also deducted day to day. i am totally helpless, I want to need your help.
Please Help me. I awaited your reply.
