Airtel Digital TV Service — Cheating, Irresponsible Customer care executives | |||
Hi, I have taken a new Airtel DTH Service and paid 2390/- for the service. It worked for 2 days and later i had a problem with the signal and there was no audio/visual. I kept calling the customer care for 6 days and they had not sent anyone to look into the issue. I asked for a disconnection and they disconnected the service. It has been more than 4 weeks since i disconnected and no one has come to pick up the equipment and hasn't yet refunded my money. It was the mistake from their side. The dish was not properly installed and they did not respond to my calls for 6 days. They provided a very poor quality of service and I would expect to get a full refund. When I called up today (4th May 2011) the customer care executive says that my account is in negative balance. I don't understand how my account is in negative balance when I haven't even properly used the service. Can anyone help me in getting my money back?
