Airtel Digital TV — Complaint regarding Airtel Digital TV Connection (Cust. Id: - [protected]) | |||
I am to inform you that inspite of repeated complaint lodged by me telephonically time and again to the representative sitting on your customer care, Digital TV connection is not working properly for last week’s time. I am facing a great deal of difficulty on this account. Sufficient balance is standing in my account of the said connection but I am failed to understand how Airtel company is dealing with the customer in a very casual manner and not heading to my request. I am compelled to approach you for the said purpose. Airtel is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter personally and get my TV connection set right with in period of three days, failing which I will be at liberty to file a suit against you in the consumer forum. Hoping for an early action.
