[Resolved]  Airtel Digital TV — Video problem - Worst Airtel Digital TV Services

Hi,

I am Rajesh user of Airtel Digital TV and my customer id is [protected].
From past 5 days(from 15.06.2013) i am not able to view channels, it is displaying "No signal : B001".
From last 4 days i am calling customer care number [protected] and they keep on generating new request id each time, instead of resolving the previous request id's.
Each time they say that the problem will resolved within 24 hrs and without fixing the problem they close the request id.
If the problem is not resolved then on what basis are the request id being closed?
No technician has called to my mobile number till date.
Even had mailed the problem to [protected]@in.airtel.com but no response yet.
When will be the probelm resolved?
Fedup with Airtel Digital TV customer service.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — video problem

i am one of the customer of Airtel DTH my customer ID is [protected]. i have a problem that i don't have seen any channel in my TV for that i have given so many complains from last 10 days but till now the problem is not solved.
after having long relation with you, now i am receving a message that "my document are not complete as per govt. rules. so you had to resubmit the documents to continue your services". Pls have a look of my detail

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Closing of my complaint without resolving problem

I have called Airtel Digital TV Customer Care five times since last week, and I have logged two complaints regarding one problem. My complaint no's are 4102730 and 4118207

My both complaint has been closed without resolving any problem.

I am very much upset with the services, there is no use of logging any complains as it fells into the deaf ear. My both complains has been closed without intimating me and no body bothers to call back regarding the problem.

I Think I have taken wrong decision by choosing the Airtel digital TV. MY details are given below

Airtel DTH — Worst service provider

I am having problem with audio video signal ( error message shows "No Signal) from 18Nov10. My account number is [protected].
The first complain was made on 20Nov10 (refrence # 4535575) and the customer care had informed me that the Engeneer will be visiting my place at 3:30pm on 21Nov10 but no one had visited my place to resolve the issue on 21Nov10, but I received an SMS that the issue has been resolved (this is a case of frodulent activity by the provider).
Another complain was made on 21Nov10 and informed the customer care about the wrong resolution message from the provider (reference # 4546851) and I was informed that engeneer wil be visiting my place on 22Nov10 to resolve the issue but unfortunately no body had visited my place on 22Nov10.
The issue with my video signal is still persisting and I am unable to watch some of the importnat news telecast which effects my business.
I think such behavior from a service provider like Airtel is not at all accaptable.

Airtel DTH — PROBLEM IN AIRTEL SERVICE

last two days ,there is no signal from airtel dth,which is coming to our tv,we are using airtel last 2 year,we are always facing this kind of problem,now i am going to tell you the reason ,two days ago,two person are coming from airtel dth,thjey remove th eold connection and put the new setup box,now the problem is that its NOT WORKING PROPERLY,whenever we trying to open the TV ITS SHOWS THE ERROR CALLED there is a PROBLEM OF INSTALLATION.....

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Worst customer care response

This is Rajat Kumar from Huawei Telecommunication the organisation which is handling airtel 3G project across karnataka,A poor airtel post paid and airtel digital TV customer.I have requested for reinstalling my digital airtel tv on last friday dated 25/03/2011.Already called customer care at least 25 timesUnfortunately still waiting for your engineer to come and install.Everyday i am calling to airtel customer care and getting same answer that engineer will come today but no engineer came to me.This is really a painful situation
and will lead to get some other DTH services on 29th march also i called up customer care number and spoken to Miss Anila from Bangalore and she ensured me for the resolution till morning,but problem yet to resolve.I missed all my important matches including final,This is quite unprofessional behaviour from customer care executives.Revert back with the appropriate solution.


This is the worst experience I had as i'm using airtel services since past 3 years.thse incident will lead to change some other customer oriented operator.Request you to return my money with which i rechared my airtel digital.

airtel digital services — not working

i hav purchased digital services of airtel.it is not working since four days . we made several complaints but it is unattended. it is bought one month before.

Airtel digital TV Services — Service is not working

I have airtel digital TV services having customer ID [protected].My service is not working from last 7 days and I have called approximately 27 times to customer care and local engineer,everytime they are telling new story.After 7 calls one engineer came and said set up box is not working and changed the set up box,then said current is not passing from TV to antenna and changed wire also.After that he said u ve to call customer care to activate the service and it will be activated in 15 min.And now it's been more than 2 days ,still my services are not activated.Mean time I ve called 5 times and every time they are saying a new thing and promised me to be solve in 20 mins,sometime in 1 hr...like that.I am really frustrated and harassing customer.Please take action on it.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Worst service, Digital TV not working

MADE A VERY BIG MISTAKE TAKING AN AIRTEL DIGITAL TV CONNECTION. ITS THE THIRD TIME I CALLED THEM FOR THE SAME PROBLEM (SAYS TRYING TO DOWNLOAD NEW SOFTWARE AND IT DOES NOT, DUE TO WHICH SYSTEM RESTARTS EVERY 10 MINUTES) IN A SPAN OF 5 MONTHS. THE PREVIOUS TIME THE ENGINEER CAME HE SAID IT WAS THE SAME PROBLEM FOR MANY CUSTOMERS AND THEY HAVE TO UPDATE EVERY SYSTEM MANUALLY. HE ASSURED ME THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.

WELL GUESS NOT, SO HERE WE ARE AGAIN WITH THE SAME PROBLEM, ONLY THIS TIME I CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE GUY JUST DISCONNECTS THE CALL AFTER LISTENING TO ME. I CALL BACK AGAIN AND ASK TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, AND ONLY AFTER GETTING REALLY ANGRY DID THE GUY TRANSFER TO HI SUP.

WELL THE SUPERVISOR SAYS THAT IT WILL BE SOLVED WITHIN 24 HRS AND IF A ENGINEER COMES I HAVE TO PAY Rs100/- FOR NO FAULT OF OURS. THEY GIVE A FAULTY SETUP BOX (AS CONFIRMED BY THEIR OWN ENGINEER) AND THEN ASK US TO PAY FOR EVERY TIME THEY VISIT. THIS IS RIDICULES. SO I GUESS THIS IS THEIR WAY OF MAKING MORE MONEY.. BY GIVING FAULTY EQUIPMENT AND THEN CHARGING THE CUSTOMER FOR EVERY VISIT.

THE COMPLAIN NUMBER IS 14414869 AND I SPOKE TO CHETAN KUMAR FROM BENSON TOWN OFFICE AT BANGALORE.

THIS REALLY SUCKS....
