I live in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. I subscribed to Airtel Digital TV connection on-line on 4-Oct.When I subscribe I spoke with one of the customer care person named “Mohit Tanvar”. He promised me to provide the service with in 24/48 hours but till today no response from them. On the same day my bank account was credited with Rs.2,100. On 12-Oct one of the local distributor installed Airtel dish but connection setup. When I called them they didn’t get the vocher from airtel central office and my balance is showing as Rs.0. How come it’s Rs.0. Why did they install, if my balance is 0.
I sent 50 e-mails and more than100 calls from 4-Oct to 13-Oct but nobody is responding me so far. When I called each time, new person is answering the call and listing my issues and no response from them. This is repeating the on every call like a recorded message. Every time they apologized for the incovenience, but never resolved the issue
Actually I hate Airtel because previously I am Airttel prepaid customer. Due to the poor network, I moved to idea.
Kindly note this complaint cum fraud against AIRTEL Digital TV. They are completely cheating the public without giving better service.
I Request you to unsubscribe the subscription as soon as possible and refund me with the balance deducted so far from my account. That account transaction is as follows and the AirTEL
