We have bought HD-DVR last week. However the recording is not working. The error it gives is, 'INVALID XTV SUBSCRIPTION'. I called the customer care 7 times. Every time they apologised for the incovenience, but never resolved the issue. On 6th time, they gave me the complaint number. However the engineer closed the complaint as 'Resoved' saying, it is a backend issue. I should call the call center.
My questions are:
1. When will we get recording activated ?
2. Whom should we call for complaining Your customer care 12150 is one hell. Should be thrown to bin.
3. Why the engineer closed the call without resolving our problem ? Is it our job to call again and again only to be ping-ponged between different departments of Airtel ?
