[Resolved] Airtel Digitel TV — DTH services stopped due to wrong billing. | |
My customer ID of Airtel Digital TV is [protected]. I had logged a complain no 549254 regarding all my services has been blocked on Saturday 7th 12:30 AM. When I had called the customer care they told me that this has happened because of wrong billing on their behalf. It has been almost 63 hours since this complain has been logged but my services has not been restored as yet. I have even written to their Nodal office but haven't received any response. Airtel Digitel TV — Payment After conection Disconect
I have paid to Advance payment in One Year Subscription. But compant disconet my service & say officer ( Customer care ) first re-charge your account then after soul your probulm. I am not sutisfide
My customer ID of Airtel Digital TV is [protected]. I had logged a complain no 1439718 regarding all my services has been blocked on Friday 6th 2:30 PM. When I had called the customer care they told me that this has happened because of wrong billing on their behalf. It has been almost 32 hours since this complain has been logged but my services has not been restored as yet which had to restore by 16:30 today. And mow they are asking for 1 more day to rectify.
And backend team is not even willing to talk to me.

Airtel Digitel TV — Money deduction -Online Transaction
i had booked Airtel Digitel Tv through online transaction 3 weeks back and i got an error while coming back from bank site to digitel tv , again i had tried the same after some time and got the same error.RS 3250 * 2 = 6500 has been deducted from the account for the same and i didnt receive any customer ID for the same both time. i sent mail to [protected]@Airtel.in at least 7 times and first 2 times they asked me to provide the details of transaction. For last one week i am not getting any update for that also . i called up customer care 12150 and they told they are not able to check all this .
They have installed one connection in the house and i wanted to cancel the other one but not getting any help from airtel for this for 2 weeks.

Airtel Digitel TV — Mis Selling of Package by their customer care Executive
I am regular user of Airtel Digital TV . My Account number is [protected]. I have got a call of Airtel Executive from 10 day back. He told me that there is 1500/rs shows in my account & it will run for next 12 month but if I except his offer then I have got 1 More month extra. I clearly told him that those channel which is running presently should not be disturb & he assure me that there will be no change in your current channel but today I see in TV that my most of the channel is not coming so I call to Airtel CC number & Airtel Customer Care Representative response me that my package is change by Airtel. I complain him for this but he cut the phone.In Second incident when I complain to Customer Care Airtel for this incident he revert me that if i want to upgrade my channel then Amount of rs 1300/- will adjust in new packege then i revert him that please provide me megapack so he told me that for megapack near about 1600/ rs is required in my account so please recharge minimum 500 rs in your A/C so i recharge my a/c by my credit card immidiately and call again to Airtel CC. One more problem is with Customer Care that each & every time when we call Representative will change than i again explain him he say that yes we can change & upgrade your current pack to new Pack & it will takes 4 hrs to upgrade.When channel not start after 4 hrs then i again call then they told me that due to some techanical reason it will takes time of more 2 hrs.Next day when i call Air tel told me that it will takes 72Hrs to upgrade. Near about 6 days left no change is occure then i again call Airtel than a representative Mr. Mayank told me that in your a/c fund is insufficient so i revert him that allready 1300/- rs in present pack & 761/- extra amount also present so collectively 2000/rs is present then he reply me that no sir if you change your pack your previous amount will lapse. I was socked that called Airtel for misselling rather then solving my problem then again Missell with me.
Brand like Airtel is done this kind of think. I need my full money with Compensation at any cost.
I would like to know that Brand like Airtel Has done this kind of Miss selling with me. Please continue my previous status & stop this kind of Miss selling from your side.

On 09.06.10 I booked ECO pack for Rs.1, 590/- and paid immediately thru.telephonic IVR transfer thru.colleague's HDFC credit card. Had to cancel the same the very next day due to personal reasons. Duly informed customer care dept..
Transaction ID no.9175066 and booking id is [protected].
I was assured and confirmed by customer care official that my cancellation request was accepted and the refund of Rs.1, 590/- would be made within 2-3 days.
However, it is yet to happen till now despite my repeated reminders over mail and phone. I have so far rung up customer care more than 25 times and talked to different executives explaining the same old sob story again and again. Everytime I am told that his/her higher officer would speak to me within one hour or three hours and sort out. Practically there is no response from them for my mails. I do not know whom to contact now. My last mail is on 14.08.10 as per different mail id given by Mr.Mohamed over phone.
Is there any reliable source to seek remedy for this one-way communication or cry for refund? Pl.help.
