[Resolved] Airtel Digitel TV — Signal loss | |||
I have logged an issue on 28th november Complaint number:4628129 that suddenly i am getting signal loss issue and cannot watch tv. 5 days are done and till now we did not receive any call from their technical engineer. Daily we have been calling them ,still there is no proper response from their customer care. Only answer they say is we are fwding to backend team and they would call in 15 mins, but never ever i received a call from them. We atleast donot even know what is the cause of the issue,neither received a call from them ever. I seriously say this is very bad service and worst service I have ever experienced. I insist people donot oppt for AIRTEL ever. Was this information helpful? | |||
