This is Y.Pravallika an airtel customer who is suffering from your services. No one gives the right information and guidance, neither the customer care nor the airtel office. I received a message for registering my number on 23rd of September, but I couldn’t submit them as I was out of station. MY SIM GOT UNREGISTERED ON 26TH SEPTEMBER AND I WAS ASKED TO SUBMIT MY DOCUMENTS AGAIN AT THE NEAREST OFFICE SO I DID SUBMIT ALL THE VALID DOCUMENTS ON 1ST OCTOBER. I WAS TOLD BY THE EXECUTIVES THAT MY SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 4 DAYS. I WAITED FOR 4 DAYS BUT THERE WAS NO USE.THEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT THE DELAY AND I GOT THE REPLY THAT IT WILL TAKE TWO MORE DAYS AS THE TECHNICIANS WONT WORK ON SATURDAYS! SO I WAITED TILL 6TH OCTOBER AND WENT TO OFFICE TO FIND OUT ON 7TH AS STILL MY NUMBER WAS NOT ACTIVATED. THEN THE EXECUTIVE INFORMED ME THAT THERE WAS SOME MISTAKE SO THEY LODGED A COMPLAIN AGAINST MY NUMBER AND I WILL BE GETTING BACK MY NUMBER WITHIN 24 HOURS. I BELIEVED THEM AGAIN AND WAITED FOR TWO DAYS THAT IS 8TH AND 9TH OF OCTOBER. BUT AGAIN, NO USE! EVEN TODAY THAT IS 10TH OCTOBER AGAIN I WENT TO THE AIRTEL OFFICE AND QUESTIONED ABOUT MY NUMBER, STILL THEY HAVE NO ANSWER AND STILL MY SIM IS UNREGISTERED. Even till today ie, 13th October 2011 I didn’t get back my number but completely lost it. I have no idea whats the problem, but I need my number back! I have lodges a complaint in consumer forum and this is my complaint number 326003. Sir I want you to take some serious action.

MY Airtel mobile No:[protected] (West Bengal).
Past 3 months I am using this sim card..But yesterday onwards this service was barred.In this regard I have asked to customer care. They told me you are not submitted the proper document that’s why we stopped the service.
But already I have submitted the all the documents to dealer.(My valid pass port Xerox and pass port size photos )
One week before also this service was barred. Then I conducted with customer care after one hour again I got the service.
That day my document verification also over.
Then why again they stopped this service.
This mobile no I given in my office also.i am officially using this mobile no.and the mobile no given for Air ticket booking time also.
Because of this issue I could not get the information from concern side.
So, immediately reactivate my mobile no.If you want any further document I will submit to dealer as earlier.Otherwise don’t stop the service.
In this regard I am really disappointed with your service.
Please do the needful.
Please Reactivate my mobile immediately.
