Sorry to report about a disaster in service by Airtel.
We have been using a landline with broadband in Gurgaon since last one year[protected].
When we approached 121 on 22 Jan 2013 for disconnection on 29 Jan 2013, we were told that we will get a call back within 2 hours (Ref No[protected]. No calls so far
When we reported in airtel website, we got acknowledgement LB[protected] dated 22 Jan saying that they will get back within two working days. It is already 5 days & still no reponse.
It is rather unfortunate that such a big player like Airtel cares very little for individual customers.
Overall, it has been a very painful experience for a simple disconnection of service.
Our landline & broadband suddenly out of service since this morning 27 Jan 2013. NO CLUE ON WHAT IS GOING ON. There are no calls, no response & possibly no procedure for disconnection of service. Customers of airtel definitely deserves something better!
