My customer id is [protected]. In the month of February 2011, I have logged a complaint for Set top box not working. Complaint no.5350313. One of your agent Vishnu(mob no-[protected]) came at my place, took visiting charge of 100 rupees and went back saying need to change the set top box. It usually not available at the service station, i have to order it from head office. 8 days had gone, he did't came back. Then I logged new complaint 5693772. One more agent Vishal-mob no-[protected] had came to my palce, was trying to sort out the problem. Next day he came with set top box and changed it. From next day set box is passing current from it. Now when i am calling him to work it out. He is on leave. Now today the so called new set top box has stopped working and not at all getting operated by remote. Again I have ordered for new remote also, and this box is also not working by new remote. One of your technician did came to my place to see what is the problem. They have said set box is not responding, need to change and it is risky to operate as its passing current. When I was trying to call your local service center on [protected], nobody is picking up the call. I have never seen such a cheap cutomer service with any company. Hi Friends,Please don't go for Dish TV product...u will face a bad Customer Service support.
I am facing the service problem with them...
1. Very bad communication with the CC people/agent.
2. No product knowledge.
3. No respect on there communication
4. No on-time support / service
5. Bad technical trouble shooting skills..
if i want to say in one word.."No Professionalism".... Don't concentrate on Sharuk Khan new adds ..please concentrate on Customer service too..
