ZEE JAGRAN CHANNEL
I had booked one Airtel Dish Tv through on line booking after getting the confirmation from your customer care centre that channel Zee Jagran Channel is available in your Dish. On 9th instant, the Dish was installed at my residence and the payment was also made through on line for the same.
To my surprise, I find that Zee Jagran Channel is not aired through Airtel Dish and this fact was communicated through phone to your customer care at Bombay. On my query, the customer care informed that you do not have Zee Jagran Channel hence, expressed your inability.
I contacted your grievance cell also who informed that they are checking up with your Mumbai office and let me know so far nothing has been done.
In view of the above, you are requested to take back the Dish and refund the amount paid by me after getting the confirmation that Zee Jagran is aired through you. You can kindly go through the recordings of the conversation between myself and your customer care at the time of booking to know the exact position.
It is once again indicated that this act of yours tantamount cheating hapless public and liable to be prosecuted under Indian Panel code. To avoid such a situation, refund the amount paid by me immediately and take back your Dish Antenna at the earliest as I have lost faith in you.
