Airtel DTH TV — warranty issues | |||
My Airtel dth HD hangs every now and then. so i lodged a complain in the customer care. After a lot of hue and cry, they finally responded that the "stb" needs to be replaced since the software is not responding properly. The issue is that they are replacing my stb with some old stb which i cannot guess would survive for how long , since my stb is in the warranty period so i think they are supposed to replace it with a new stb. Kindly clarify it giving logical reasons. Also my warranty expires next month so if there is an error like the same after two months what should i do?? clearly the software not functioning is a technical problem where i m not responsible at all Was this information helpful? | |||
